1 Weird Reason You Will Wish You NEVER Survive A Heart Attack

The fact is, when you have your first heart attack, your risk for having a second one goes way, way up. Plus, the chance that you actually survive your second heart attack, well, it’s pretty slim.

Why?

When you have a heart attack – if you survive it - your heart muscle is damaged. And this damage makes it that much harder for your heart to work – because when the heart attack happened, the muscle basically died.

There is nothing you can do to rebuild, regenerate, or fix that dead muscle.

And if your arteries are completely blocked (no blood flow leads to heart muscle death), then they would probably recommend you go under the knife to bypass the blocked point. You would wake up in a LOT of pain. Breathing would become a chore. The pain radiating in your chest would make you wish you never survived.

Think about it, having your sternum sawed open then stitched back together can’t really feel too good, right? Plus your legs are cut open to harvest a somewhat healthy vessel for the bypass, making it that much HARDER to move and get around.

This makes getting out of bed in the morning that much harder. You’re advised to stop having sex because the extra activity could cause a second heart attack. And you can’t do the normal things that you once did – like take a walk, climb stairs, or sit for long periods of time – all because of the unbearable pain from the procedure, or that extra activity may be too much for your heart to handle.

Plus, the emotional toll of knowing you were on the brink of death can be unbearable. Basically, you think – or wish - your life was over.

But let’s touch on the damage for one more minute

Heart Failure

A heart attack damages your heart. And that damage can NEVER be repaired. No gene therapy will help. There are no medications that will help it either.

After a heart attack your heart also goes through a period of remodeling, which is not a good thing. This remodeling means your heart is not functioning correctly, it’s weaker.

And this weakness can lead to something even worse: heart failure. This is when your heart is so weak (usually an ejection fraction of 50% or less), that it can’t maintain pressure inside your heart. That pressure enables your heart to pump blood at an unbelievable pace – also called ejection fraction - out of your heart and to the rest of your body.

This weakness leads to fluid leaking into your legs and stomach, or into your lungs, like in cases of congestive heart failure.

And having heart failure is like dying a slow death by drowning. And chances are, if you have congestive heart failure – and heart medications have failed or your heart function is too poor- then you may have to go back under the knife to have a pacemaker implanted.

Another surgery and another risk for death!

Three Tips To AVOIDING A Heart Attack

Now, there are a lot of things that can help you avoid a heart attack. Exercising is a good start. Also, lowering your blood pressure and cholesterol will help.

But today, we want to share with you three UNIQUE ways that can prevent a heart attack.

Don´t FEAR Saturated Fats

For years, it has been hammered into your head that saturated fat is bad and that is contributes to high cholesterol and heart disease, that you just don’t question it.

This is one reason why low-fat diets are popular for heart patients and those at risk for heart disease. But is this really true? Current studies say no.

In fact, a rather large study showed that there was NO association between saturated fats and increased heart disease risk.

But you should keep in mind one thing: the source of your saturated fats.

If you buy most of your meat in the grocery store – STOP. These cuts of beef are full of antibiotics and other growth factors that may cause you to get sick.

Stick with grass-fed beef. Not only is it NOT pumped full of growth hormone and antibiotics, but it contains a healthy type of fat – CLA – that has been shown to promote better overall health.

AVOID Whole Wheat Bread and “Heart Healthy” Cereals

Today’s whole wheat bread is not the same as it was 20 years ago.

Bread
The whole wheat you are currently consuming is smaller, denser, and may contain potent gluten molecules that can spike inflammation.

And this inflammation can be the first step to heart disease.

Plus, some of the whole wheat bread you see on the shelves contains enriched whole wheat flour, which strips the flour of the nutrients that keep you healthy.

Switch your whole wheat for a better type of bread, or sprouted wheat bread.

Now, is your “heart healthy” cereal really that healthy for you? Chances are it probably is not.

Most healthy cereals have been found to contain as much sugar as some cookies or biscuits. This could lead to higher inflammation.

Plus, some of them don’t contain adequate fiber levels, which increases your risk instead of lowering it.

If you’re looking for a healthy substitute for breakfast, try a bowl of steel-cut oats topped with cinnamon.

Stop Taking Your Current Fish Oil

The fish oil you are currently taking may be TOXIC for your body. Most fish oil products today may contain dangerous chemicals, like mercury and PCBs, which are extremely bad for your health- and your heart.

And the oil could have been sitting for long periods of time, which can lead to rancid oil.

And if your oil was made from farm-raised fish, then chances are

you are going to have LESS heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, and more inflammation-provoking omega-6 fatty acids.

This could cause inflammation and significantly less protection for your heart.

Now, if you’re truly looking to AVOID a heart attack, there is one oil you need to know about above all others. It’s far superior to fish oil. In fact, as you can see, fish oil can be extremely DANGEROUS to your health!

I Highly Recommend, use always Ganoderma Lucidum (King of Herbs).
